The coatings requirements of marine vessels are characterised by three distinctive stages in the lifecycle of a vessel: Newbuilding, Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance at Sea. FPSOs and the Offshore industry have many similar needs, but also a sufficient number of specialist needs to justify them being classified separately.
